• Customers must ensure that any firearm that is shipped is unloaded. It is a crime to ship a loaded firearm.

• Some minor tool marks may be visible on customized firearm.

• No refunds for customers failing to pass the Federal Background Check.

• All customized firearms will be fired to ensure proper cycling and accuracy.

• WR Custom AR is indemnified from any damage, injury, or loss of life do to the improper or illegal use of a customized firearm.

• Any component failure would be the responsibility of the manufacture of the
component not WR Custom AR.

• WR Custom AR is not responsible for any loss or damage to firearm that occurs during shipping.

• Reliable functioning of the customized firearm is guaranteed only with brass cased factory ammunition
